Pesto
Ingredients
| 2 | cloves | garlic | |

| 1/2 | cup | fresh chopped parsley | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | fresh chopped basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | grated parmesan cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | pinenuts, walnuts or pecans | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | extra virgin olive oil | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Place garlic, herbs, cheese and nuts in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Add oil and continue to pulse until ingredients are well blended.
Toss with your favorite hot cooked pasta!
